covered balcony really good breakfast great location enclosed area poor entertainment missing tea
the room had a great layout with a covered balcony , offering views of the sea. the breakfast was fantastic , it was way better than expected. location was great , it was so close to the beach.
the 'balcony' was advertised , but it was actually an enclosed area off the room like a greenhouse. the entertainment was poor , i was expecting more variety. there was no tea or coffee in the room , i found that a bit inconvenient.

unhelpful staff poor service
The reception staff seemed unhelpful. I needed an extra half an hour in the room, and they spoke of people waiting yet there was no one. I was offered a room for the night, even with my offer to pay a late checkout fee!!! The service ruined the stay.

The room had a covered balcony with windows all around. I could open them for fresh air. my shower was great. the location was perfect. It was right by the beach and near main areas. very neat place! i appreciated that the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.

excellent stay with amazing views
helpful staff fine view wide selection convenient access
i found the staff to be genuinely helpful and friendly throughout my stay the room offered fine views of the sea it was a highlight the breakfast buffet had a wide selection i especially liked the fresh fruit options the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions and the beach it was easily accessible.
i noticed that the elevators were sometimes slow particularly during peak hours it occasionally caused a short delay in getting to different floors this was a minor inconvenience.

the room featured a comfortable bed ensuring a restful sleep the sea view from the room was really good i enjoyed waking up to the sight of the water the room also had effective air conditioning.

the hotel is close to the beach it allowed for easy access for swimming and sunbathing nearby i found many restaurants with diverse dining options the area felt safe and secure for evening strolls it was nice.

An Okay Stay with Some Hitches
nonexistent air conditioning mediocre bar service
The location proved acceptable, with proximity to the beach a definite advantage.
I must say the air conditioning seemed nonexistent . A rather unpleasant experience. the bar service left much to be desired. Getting a simple coffee after dinner was like a Herculean task. It gave the impression they only cared about big spenders and not satisfying basic requests.
